I served 22 years in the U.S. Army. During my free time while on active duty, I would buy, renovate, and sell homes. In that endeavor, I had the opportunity to meet and interact with several inspectors. I decided very early on that I could provide better quality service and better quality inspections than most of the inspectors I dealt with. So when I retired, I researched inspector training schools, and found the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) to be by far the most professional, in-​depth training available to new inspectors. I enrolled in their school, completed the training, and in the spring of 2004 Heartland Inspection Services opened for business. Through hard work, perseverance, and dedication to providing superior inspections at affordable prices, Heartland has continued to grow and prosper. I am dedicated to my customers and profession. My goal for the past 11 plus years has been to exceed customer expectations of every inspection I conduct.
