Before you list your home, we do an inspection, find the things that might need to be fixed. You than have time to fix those things. When that’s done we complete a report for all the potential buyers to see and we also put a sign up outside next to the for-​sale sign that your home has been pre-​inspected. this report is also can be seen at: www​.MoveIn​Cer​ti​fied​.com for people who drive by but don’t have time to stop in yet, just enter the property address and download the report.

If you are a buyer, we also help you too. By inspecting the home you are interested in, you can make sure that everything is alright with the house before you make an offer. If you decide you don’t want that house, we’ll give you 20% discount on the next house we inspect for you.
