Turbo Nails

I’ve been pretty unsatisfied with every nail salon I’ve been to lately, but this one was great! I’m definitely going to start going here every time I need my nails done. My nail tech was Phung (I think) and she did a wonderful job! She painted all the way down to my cuticles and even got my car keys out of my purse so my nails wouldn’t smear. Good job ladies! See you soon

One of the best places I have been to. Really decent. Techs are very nice and friendly. Love how they run their business. Very easy to communicate with and they are willing to accommodate your requests. Clean and well organized. Have been here for several times and they have never disappointed me. Recommended for a few friends and a cousin and they are also regulars now. If you are in the area and still looking for a good place to trust. This is definitely the one for you!

This is the worst gel manicure I have ever had! If I had more time I would have just asked them to remove the gel altogether and left. AWFUL!!!

I returned to this salon because I had previously had a good pedicure. It was close to their closing time but they said there was time for a fill. The women who did my nails was very cranky. Her English wasn’t easily understandable and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I said excuse me and she became even more crabby. I told her I wanted my nails shorter and she didn’t respond. I reminded her again and she said «I heard you the first time!» I asked her why she was so crabby… When it was time to wash my hands I asked her to use a remover to remove some polish from my skin. She said she would do it later. I explained that I wanted to wash the remover off my skin as well. Bottom line I had to find remover myself and get the old polish stains removed. She left as soon as I started drying my nails. No one came to check my nails to ensure they were dry etc. I didn’t tip her as I was very uncomfortable the entire time. I didn’t receive a thank you from anyone when I left. I won’t go back despite having had a very good pedicure.

Would not recommend!!! Lady who did my nails suggested waxing my brows and around lips, for some odd reason I said sure, and now my face is completely broke-​out. The nail polish bubbled up almost instantly after drying; the pedicure was ok but save yourself the awkwardness of dealing with poor English speaking salespeople who are just trying to up-​sell and really don’t care … Very disappointed !!

Massage was meh. The finish got smudged and no clear top coat was applied. Not very relaxing and pretty rushed. Overall, a relatively disappointing experience, especially based on how positive the previous reviews were– I was expecting much more.

The gentleman who did my full set was extremely nice, greeting me as soon as I walked in the door. He began my service promptly and chatted with me a little about how I would like my nails and where I’m from and such. I chose the french manicure with the sparkly tips. My nails turned out beautifully, however, the finish is not as smooth as I would like. I normally have my nails done every two weeks faithfully, but my husband and I just moved here, so I had them removed before the packing and moving to avoid the inevitable painful breakage. Having my nails beautiful again is definitely putting me in a better mood, lol! I am bringing my daughter next week and we’re going to try to luxury pedicure.
I declined to give 5 stars, simply because there wasn’t anything extraordinary about the experience and neither was there anything negative. I will be going back but I can’t promise to be a regular without trying out some of the other area nail salons first.

Best pedi I’ve had in a long time!

This place is great! Reasonably priced, great service. I got a mani-​pedi for $ 35. They did a great job, usually when i get a pedicure I feel peopl are attacking my feet but this was nice and relaxing!
I got a free bottle of water too like the other reviewers, all in all great experience for the price!

Very customer service oriented! I was impressed that we were offered free beverages and received free designs on our nails too; both I’m used to paying extra for. We let the manager know that we were celebrating a birthday and he turned on a birthday song and even got up and danced. It was a great experience and I already want to come back!

Wonderful place for a nice, relaxing pedicure. I definitely appreciated the free water (or coke, if you prefer). Everyone was very friendly and the massage chairs were nice, as well (a must-​have at nail salons, if you ask me!)
I was impressed at what a good job they did– I’m a runner, so my feet definitely require a little extra attention due to the effects of running. They did a fabulous job and I’m very happy with the result! $ 25 (pre-​tip) for a great pedicure sounds good to me!

This place is service-​crazy! I came in once and mentioned I lived close by, and they knew me the next time I came in! Never go in with a drink as they will always offer a coke, diet coke or bottled water. Once I made my BF get me a soda from next door and they still gave me a bottled water for later!
Again, being service-​oriented, you never have to wait long, even when it’s super packed. Sometimes, they at least get you seated and in the foot bath while you wait.
The massaging chairs are nice, although I wish they had a cup holder. Lots of magazines available. Some of the gals are chatty and some just do their work, but everyone is really nice and smiley.
Can’t help it, but I’ll keep going back because it’s such a nice feeling to be recognized when you first walk in :)
