Established in 2000.

The Improve Group is a woman-​owned, DBE providing research, evaluation, planning and training for organizations located throughout the United States and around the globe. Our team is experienced managing complex, multi-​site, multi-​country initiative evaluations. Our clients focus on a wide variety of areas, including health, advocacy, social justice, humanitarian aid and peace, education, housing, economic and community development, the arts and culture, self-​sufficiency and financial stability. Our staff composition allows us to have expertise in multiple disciplines that support our clients and connect to their fields of expertise. Business Owner

Leah grew up in St. Paul, MN. She obtained her bachelors degree in History and Urban Studies from Macalester college. She then went on to receive her graduate degree at the University of Minnesota, specializing in research, analysis and evaluation. Upon completion of graduate school, she started The Improve Group in 2000 and has remained owner and CEO ever since.
