Rich Testa has been cutting my hair for 18 years, back when I had more of it. His prices are the best ($ 17 for a haircut) as is his service. Rich is one of the good guys, honest, friendly, professional. You can feel comfortable bringing your wife with you, which is often not the case in barber shops, which often are full of off-​color and offensive remarks or jokes. Thanks Rich for years of excellent service.
