Office Depot

Typically one office depot is as good as the next, you just go to whichever one is close. But over the last 3 weeks I have been designing and printing brochures for my company and since I’m printing myself I have needed some strangely specific and hard to find printing products, namely hp trifold glossy brochure paper, and xl yellow cartridge for my printer as that one runs out quickest while printing.
Office depot was the only place, even online, that carried the ink and paper I needed but I couldn’t wait for shipping. In the entire twin cities metro, only this location carried the paper and the exact same is true for the ink. The site listed one ink in stock, they had one when I got there, two of the paper, two waiting when I got there. Long story short the only thing I care about is a store having what I need and not running me around town needlessly to find it. To this store and it’s staff I say Kudos to the max!

Clean store and friendly service, but the second you try to get an advertised discount, the store makes it nearly impossible to get it due to improper signing of merchandise. Please don’t treat the customer like it’s their fault for wanting a deal you advertised! (Btw– if you’re going to advertise a buy 2 get 1 free on really useful boxes, make it all the boxes, not just select ones. If they’re not selling, just mark them down. If you mark them down, they will come.)
