Established in 2012.

Minnesota Ice Sculptures was founded by two University of Saint Thomas students, Robbie Harrell (center) and Stu Lombardo (right), during the summer of 2013. During their 5+ years of experience in the ice sculpting industry, Robbie and Stu recognized that the ice sculpting industry lacked quality customer service and that the current ice sculpture prices prevented the general public from enjoying them. These observations led Robbie and Stu to combine forces and build a computer numerically controlled (CNC) ice carver and enlist the the help of their friend Garrett Faust (left).

Business Owner

Robbie Harrell is a man on a march! He has demonstrated personal selling capabilities and information technology expertise through jobs held at two leading Minnesota paintball companies for six years. In addition, Robbie currently owns a small business consulting company that specializes in social media, website development, point-​of-​sale deployment, I.T. development, and graphic design for multiple industries. During Robbie’s tenure within the paintball industry he has negotiated pricing terms with suppliers and was the top grossing sales associate. Robbie’s information technology skills and sales experience will aid MN Ice Sculptures in their marketing efforts, as well as I.T. systems development.
