We provide a full range of plumbing repairs from faucet repair and replacement to water and waste repairs to complete re-​piping. We provide Drain cleaning and sewer jetting. We can repair or upgrade water heaters from tank type heaters to tank less water heaters. We provide testing for RPZ and fuel burning test reports as required by both St Paul and Minneapolis. We have fully trained technicians that work on hot water and steam heating boilers. We also have a fully trained staff to work on furnace and air-​conditioners as well as air to air exchagers.

Established in 1991.

John McQuillan the owner of Foremost Plumbing, Heating and Air-​conditioning started the business in 1991 after working for a family business. The tradition of plumbing, heating and air-​conditioning service and repair goes back four generations to 1883 when McQuillan & Shea first started on the levy in St Paul. Foremost carries on that tradition of providing quality service for old homes. We specialize in the retrofit and repair of older homes. We offer the highest quality energy efficient products on the market. From water saving plumbing fixtuers to ultra high efficient boilers, furnaces, air-​conditioners, water heaters and ground source heat pumps.
