Three trips and three times order screwed up, or not listening at drive thru. One trip had to repeat my order seven times to a rude person with their head not screwed on. Getting hazelnut coffee that was not hazelnut. Missing a breakfast burrito on one trip. In general, a place that doesn’t give a damn.

Get the picture.
I’m the ONLY guy standing in McDonald’s in Woodbury at noon, and put in simple order for a hamburger & fries, with a drink… to go! (hard to screw up)
The sales clerk REFUSED to give me a drink cup, saying it would come when my order comes; a complete waste of my time as I could have had the drink filled by the time my order comes.
I get some ketchup and straw, and napkins, and go back to ask for my cup.
AGAIN she refused!
NEEDLESS TO SAY, I will NOT BE BACK.
PERIOD!
What arrogance in the face of an empty restaurant!
I guess that clerk will have to cough up another customer eh?
Now I know why the place is empty at lunchtime!

During the times I go here, I can be guaranteed at least two of the following: the fries will be cold, I will be asked to pull ahead and wait 5 minutes, or they will forget parts of my order. It’s gotten so bad that my wife and I will take a longer trip to the Inver Grove Heights location where I will be assured that I get the right order, hot with no waiting.

Ok, yeah, I’m reviewing a McDonald’s. Mostly because the service here far surpasses any other location I have been to in my life. The workers here are so unbelievably fast, they have never had me wait more than 10 seconds to get my morning coffee. I would literally go out of my way to come here in the A.M. instead of Starbucks or Caribou if I’m in a hurry and don’t want to wait in line for 15 minutes at the aforementioned. I want to tip these cashiers, man, seriously. Good work.
