This delivery service is the worst ever. Craftmatic bed company uses them for their deliveries. It took just short of a month to have my bed delivered. I spoke with several individual’s representing the company who were rude, gave me several different excuses and even told me my bed was cancelled. They had no idea what was going on and seemed to think they could place the blame on me. They told me they would call me back with an answer about my delivery and they never did. I had to keep calling them only to find myself on hold for 15 minutes at a time. When my bed finally was delivered out of Houston, the driver couldn’t even speak English well enough to follow his GPS or talk to the person I had at the house waiting on the delivery. I will never do business with this company again or any company that uses them.

I’ve read so many reviews from Manna and because of the bad reviews, I was expecting my tv to be delayed for a couple of days, maybe weeks. They came on the expected delivery date and earlier than 8am too! The TV was in great condition and the delivery guys were polite and nice. 5 stars

If you want something delivered professionally and on time, this is NOT the company for you. Ordered a VIZIO Television on 11/​29/​2015 and it is finally scheduled for delivery to my home on 12/​24/​2015. From the very first call, everything they told me was a lie. When I initially called, 12/​07/​2015, to check on my item, I was told that the item would arrive on 12/​17/​2015 and that it would be on a truck the next day. Checked their automated site on 12/​09/​2015 and my television still had not shipped. Called back and was told that it would ship the very next day, which was a Thursday. Checked again and still nothing. I finally had to call VIZIO and threaten to cancel my order to get them to get me a concrete answer. After all of their lies, it turns out they had 1 truck available to make the deliveries and that my television would not ship until 12/​18/​2015. I should’ve listened to the little voice inside of my head and canceled the order right then and there. 1 Truck during the most busiest time of the year. Item finally arrived in Florida and was delivered to a local delivery company on 12/​23/​2015.
For your own peace of mind, DO NOT USE this company if you can avoid them. The fact that VIZIO uses them should tell you something about them also.
Stay Away at all costs or you will be SORRY!!!

My neighbors actually had something delivered from this company, but I still had the misfortune of having to deal with this immoral company. As the idiot delivery drivers were leaving the neighbors house, they turned their truck around into our newly sodded lawn. They tore up the front part of our lawn and broke the sprinkler head off one of our sprinklers and cracked a pipe. My husband called the company a few times and they kept giving him the run around. We finally had to file a police report for the damage they caused and have not owned up to! No integrity! Horrible way to run a business!

Worst customer experience ever. Missed appointment, blames their «automated system». Still hasn’t delivered my TV. Their motto of «White Glove Service» is a joke. I can’t imagine why anyone would use these buffoons. I took the morning off to wait and wait for them, nothing, no phone call, no TV. I called in and they didn’t even know where the TV was. How can they still be in business is beyond me. Avoid them at all costs, all you will get is headaches and worthless apologies.

Worst experience ever! The customer service at this place is by far the most dreadful god-​awful most painfully frustrating customer service. I hope to Never have to deal with them ever again.

Here’s what happened:
I ordered some furniture from Touchstone Home Products, who by the way make some amazing furniture but unfortunately for me they use Manna as their delivery and installation company. They call themselves the premier white glove delivery and installation company but they are the worst people to do business with.
My furniture was scheduled to be delivered on a Thursday between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm at 3:45 pm Thursday afternoon I get a call from their local warehouse that serves my area. Spoke to the person that does their delivery schedule. She informed me that due to some unforseen circumstances the delivery would be a little late between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm but no delivery ever showed up.
First thing that morning at 9 am at the start of her shift, I spoke to the same lady that told me about the delivery running late. She apologized and told me she would schedule it for Friday, same hours 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm but she would have to talk to the truck dispatch first and she would call me back to confirm. 1:00 pm rolls by nothing haven’t heard back from her or anything. Called a couple times throughout the day nothing no answer. So I call their main Customer service number spoke to someone who told me he had no record of my furniture leaving the warehouse Friday. So there it was another day that my furniture did not get delivered. I called back the local delivery warehouse and she assured me it went out that day. She was wrong no surprise there and apparently weekend delivery was not possible and the best they could do was Tuesday evening so we shall see if they bother to even show up… I Hate This Company and their horrible customer service, if this is the kind of service they offer I can’t believe they are still in business.
Oh eventually I did get a hold of some manager who offered me a $ 75 refund out of my $ 250 that I paid for delivery and installation.

Worst customer Service! I scheduled my bed to be delivered last week. I had email confirmation from Manna that it would be here on Tuesday the 30^th. I took my Sleep my Number bed apart, tubes, electric etc…
On Tuesday, I took off of work and waited and waited. When my window delivery time expired, I called and sat on hold for 1 hour and 42 minutes to just get a customer service agent to pick up.
I was told my mattress was delayed and in Atlanta and would not arrive. I had to continue calling over 14 times (I have a log) and try to get updates from poor customer service to alert me that my mattress wouldn’t arrive that day, nor the next day, nor Friday, nor Saturday but finally on Monday which is today.
I had two appointments scheduled for today that I had to book WAY in advance that I had to cancel and take yet another day off of work for my delivery.
My window was 12−4pm. It is now 5:30, Manna yet again — after one hour trying to get ahold of a customer service rep, zero answers… just hold music.
When my bed was disassembled, it was broken when the tubes came out. I haven’t slept in a bed for a week now and am STILL waiting.
This is the worst experience ever… poor customer service, zero apologies and zero help or escalation.

I ordered a TV from Vizio, on Dec 1^st and Manna Freight was going to deliver it yesterday. I received a call from them that they could not find my order. and it would not be delivered then. Now they tell me that my TV might still be in Chicago. They really don’t know where it is.

This company is so poorly operated that i had to take my time to find them on Unilocal to express my concerns. I ordered a couch thru
but decided to return it. Costco informed me that the freight company would give me a call soon. They called me and left a message, where i replied but they couldn’t find my pick up order. They insisted I called Costco again. I sent an email to the vendor CSR for Lifestyle Solutions which is the couch company. The next day or two the freight company finally calls me and someone on the line actually know what they are doing. So they try to schedule a pick up date and time with me with a window from 12pm to 4pm. The day of, I patiently waited at home and started getting nervous when it was around 3:30 pm and they haven’t arrived. Pass 4pm and i still receive no call or nothing. I called the company and they called the driver. The company tells me the driver said he was «tied up» in something and wasn’t able to pick it up and their next available pick up is in another week. This company has awful communication with vendors and with customers. Scheduling a pick up from this company has been the biggest headache with numerous amount of calls. They miss their appointments and do not have the courtesy to inform you.
Solutions needs to reevaluate their business relationship with this company and perhaps find another freight company to ship/​pick up for them.

Manna runs a decent operation but their subcontractors are moronic and incompetent. They kept missing delivery appointments and then when they did show up, they brought me the wrong merchandise and gave my items to someone else!
Manna rectified the problem, but a simple TV exchange and installation took well over 5 days of missed appointments and screw ups before it was complete.
