I was just in the store for ten minutes, looking at car stereos, and no one said a word to me. At least one sales guy looked right at me like I was an alien(I’m guessing because I’m female) and kept moving without a word. There was a group of guys chatting in the corner, and who knows how many of them work there; it was hard to tell. It was a shame, since the prices were right. But if I’m preparing to spend $ 300 in your establishment, the least you could do is acknowledge my existence, even if it’s just to say you’ll be with me in a moment. I walked right out. If your customer service sucks, I can’t trust that you care about my car, or about me getting a fair deal.
