We specialize in all levels of Tap dance instruction from beginner adults and kids to creating professional tap dancers. Our students learn history, technique, choreography, and improvisation. We provide optional performance opportunities and are connected to the Twin Cities Dance community.

History

Established in 1997.

We created a Company, School and Outreach programs to expand tap dance in MN. Producers of many tap dance events in Minnesota.

Some performances include Minneapolis Fringe Festival at the Southern Theater, MOA Rotunda, National Tap Dance Day, America’s Got Talent Commercial, Chinese Exhibition Hall, Beijing, China, MPR Patron appreciation night, Fitzgerald Theater, Tappy Holidays” at the Green Space in NYC, MN Lynx half time show, MN Science Museum, Chicago Human Rhythm Project, Lake Harriet Band Shell, Northfield 4^th of July fest, Rhythm Explosion showcase, Bozeman, MT, Midway Training Services, Bloomington Masonic Home, Edina Care Center, St Pat’s parade, St Paul, Ladek Zdroj, Poland dance festival 3 yrs, and danced with St. Paul Chamber Orchestra.

Business Owner

The Keane Sisters teach and guest teach at many studios in the Twin Cities. Ellen is on staff at the U of M and both have been on staff at St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists. They are producers of Mpls Human Rhythm Project, National Tap Dance Day, and many tap shows and events. There work has been seen in the Twin Cities Tap Festival, Rhythmically Speaking, Chicago Human Rhythm Project, Corporate Shows, Fringe Festivals, Poland, China, Ireland, and Canada.

KSR students have gone on to teach at Steps on Broadway, win Miss Minnesota, MN State Fair Grandstand Winners, Scholarships, and most of all tap teachers and performers.
