Business Owner

Rebecca Heltzer grew up in St. Louis Park, MN before attending college at Colorado State University graduating with a degree in Natural Resource Management. She then attended William Mitchell College of Law located in St. Paul, MN graduating in 1989 with her J.D. and beginning her career with a large downtown Minneapolis law firm. Rebecca has been an active volunteer in her community, serving on the boards of The Wayside House, Inc., New Foundations, Inc., Minnesota Girls and Womens Hockey Association (now WHAM). She is currently the Board Chair of Training To Serve.

Rebecca is a seasoned litigator practicing in state and federal courts located in Minnesota. Her litigation experience has resulted in great benefit to her clients on the transactional side of her practice in the areas of business creation and real estate as she understands the pitfalls that can occur with poorly created documents. Rebecca is a practical, results oriented attorney.
