Greggie’s did a great job on my beat up mower. Not only did he get it running great, but cleaned it up like it was refurbished. The turnaround was same day too, which is helpful when you actually need to cut your grass.

Wonderful shop with 2 of the most amazing people you will ever find. I am Iraqi war veteran twice over that just so happened to receive a snow blower from my father in law a month ago. He said it doesn’t run but you can have it if you are able to fix it. Unfortunately I am very busy and not very good when it comes to this sort if thing. Fortunately for me I was able to find a professional to help me out. GREGGIES. At the time(I will admit) they seemed kind of high to fix it up and clean the carb for $ 170 plus parts(I believe). But come to find out that my entire carburetor was completely shot due to the fact water was left in the gas tank for over 2 years! Well, I was thinking at least it was free and NOW better then ever! If I had done that to my own machine and then yelled at someone because I believed they were too expensive(Like others on this site that have complained about the service and or cost) are completely NUTS! Now normally I would leave the review right there and say that I highly recommend this company for their quality and service above all others! However, they went ahead and set the bar much higher for everyone else by catering to service members and Iraqi war veterans like myself by picking up the entire tab without me even realizing that they were going to do so. I did see that on their website afterwards saying that they did it(usually paying for the labor and then I would pay for parts) but they went ahead and took care of everything paid for the parts out of their own pocket which completely replacing that carburetor must have cost at least $ 100 and it was just a pretty amazing thing to do. I seen some of the complaints on this website and the white pages and AM completely appalled by how people think that this company is rude and or expensive. They are not rude at all! They are very helpful, kind, passionate business people that I believe we could all learn a thing or two from! Please do not listen or believe the negative reviews yourself but try them out and find out first hand how GOOD they really are. By the way, if you look at most of the Negative reviews, you will find that those people didn’t even do business with Greggies. But are pissing and moaning because they don’t want to pay for the quality of work that GREGGIES provides! Bottom Line Up Front: You get what you pay for! And I will now be doing business with them for ever!

Customer service is becoming a thing of the past — finding very few that recognize reputation and customer experience is as or more important than money. At Gregies they know what service is and how to inspire their customers to use them again. As an individual who prefers service and maintence provided by small business I consider myself fortunate for the many experiences I’ve had even if the search process is tedious. In the end it makes a difference. Gregies is no exception. I contacted them at noon, brought in my lawn mower for repair and a tune-up and was contacted the next morning that it was ready to take home. I could not have been happier. The owners were absolutely wonderful; they helped me unload and load my mower, they provided tips on the best ways to maintain my equipment and left me with a full tank of gas(that I was delighted to find the next day). To me, the same service at other businesses took 2 or more weeks to get done(and in 1 case they lost my mower altogether — another story for another time). Bottom line: I could not have been happier with this experience and hope to use this place for all of my small engine repairs and tune ups for years to come.

My brother-in-law and parents have been singing the praises of this place for years, but this weekend was my first personal experience. I dropped off my snow blower for a oil change and check up for the winter at 11am and I was able to bring it home at 12:30. I don’t know if the person working was the«Gregie» but I assume so — super friendly, gave some good advice and had a great way about him. Lobe this place and will be bringing my mower here in the spring!
