I specialize in modern up to date textured haircuts for men and awesome beard trims. I have extensive experience, over 75,000 haircuts and thousands of beard trims done. (Cool choppy haircuts, think «The Bachelor» & «GQ»). If you are bored with how your hair looks now, I’m the man who can transform your looks out of the 80’s or 90’s and into 2015. I have many idea’s and books we can go through. Is there a certain cool haircut of someone on TV, an Actor, soccer player or someone cool in a magazine, Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, bring in a photo of that haircut, we can look at it and I’ll discuss if it will work for your hair or we’ll figure out a slightly different spin on that haircut that will work with your hair and face shape.

Established in 1980.

I’m a licensed Master Barber /​Men’s Hairstylist and have worked in the St. Paul /​Highland Park neighborhood for over 30 years. I started out in a upscale Men’s Barbershop for my first 10 years. Since then I have worked in several bustling Salons. After studying and working with dozens of the Twin Cities top Barbers and Hairstylists and I have the combined knowledge of many.

I have done well over 75,000 haircuts since I first got started, that is a lot.

How am I different? Extensive training and experience focusing on men’s haircutting and trends. I stay alert with all of mens changing haircuts and product knowledge. I’ll give you a great edgy to classic haircut for a fair price.

You can be relaxed, knowing that your haircut is finally being done with a Pro. Our adult conversation will calm any anxiety you might feel going to someone new.

Business Owner

I grew up and live in Highland Park and have worked in this area my whole life. I know a lot about Highland and St. Paul, I can recommend all kinds of restaurants and thing to do and places to see. I’ve been married since 1992, we have no kids, just a wonderful springer spaniel, Daisy. She takes up a lot of my spare time, and I’m hoping to have her out pheasant hunting this fall. I love to landscape and work in my many gardens. I’m a big home DIY’er and I am always working on a home projects. I’m a easy guy to get to get along with and make people feel comfortable. I like to get out on my motorcycle for road trips and visit friends far away. Digital photography and working on video editing on my computers is another interest I dabble in, but I’ll stick to my main skill of cutting hair to make a living.
