Here’s the bottom line: Very, very pushy. Passive aggressive customer service. Simply put: «Chill out!»
Some customers know what they want already. They’re busy. They want quick and effective service. They want to get in and get out. Here, this seems to be a difficult concept to grasp.
I’ve been driving and renting cars for a decade. I don’t need a paradoxical explanation of what insurance is. I don’t need to pay an extra $ 40/​day. I don’t need you to tell me, «I’m very concerned about you.» That’s just not a good start.
I’m the type of guy that goes with the basic service. I don’t want cruise control for an extra $ 14/​day. It’s boring. But then again, I don’t need to explain this. And I really don’t need to explain it twice.
This place has an air of resentment. Not professionalism. Just get me outa here.
