Ate breakfast here 7/31, and glad we did. Plenty of selection for that meal. Egg omelet with avocado had more avocado than I ever find anywhere else, very tasty. Not too thrilled eating it out of a paper box, but do not know if they have plate one could ask for or not. The bananas, not overripe were $.25, so I guess they were some sort of special that morning. The baked goods were a horrid problem, no idea how to pick just one. Did select the pistachio muffin, good choice. So many options and look fresh baked that morning. Pleasant staff, and make you feel like they want your business.

Easy, convenient, healthy option at a reasonable cost. Loved the lettuce wrap option.

Skyway gem!!! Amazing salads and the sandwiches are great too. You get your food fairly quick and can get back to work.

Skyway food is either great or meh. I honestly love indulging here for breakfast specials or a cup of soup for lunch. The breadstick deal is pretty great, as many as you like when you buy any size soup. What I’m not a fan of — the cook in the open kitchen area’s foul mouth in the morning. If it were in the back, yeah, I get it, you don’t interact with customers. Not a great way to start a Monday.

I’m surprised by the poor reviews for this place! Sure it’s nothing fancy, but as far as downtown St. Paul lunch spots go, it’s certainly better than Potbelly, Jimmy John’s and the other skyway chains. The«small» salads are enough for two meals, the soups are delish, and don’t forget the free breadsticks! I got the frequent diner card and am excited to fill it up.

The food is okay but too expensive. Their specialty is inconsistent portions from day to day. The layout is very confusing. With all of the much better restaurants in Town Square and adjacent buildings, there’s really no reason to eat here.

This place is decent. Veggie melts are heart attack-tastically delicious. The breakfasts are pretty cheap, and fast. If you get eggs, though, please order something that requires a whole egg(e.g. over easy). Otherwise, if you get something scrambled, or an omelette, your eggs will come pre-beaten out of a vat, and will taste awful and ‘flat.’

Service was quick, but unfriendly. Cashier was snappy even though it was before the lunch rush. I got the blandest chicken noodle soup I’ve ever tasted. My advice: go across the hall to Potbelly or across the street to Bruegger’s and get something better… Will not get soup there again, and as a result of this poor experience, I will probably not give it another chance.
