I attended Everest Institute in Eagan, Minnesota full-​time from June 2011 through March 2012, earning my diploma in Massage Therapy after the 720 hour accredited program. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA as a Class Ambassador, which is awarded to students with consistently high quality standards and leadership potential. I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), licensed in the city of Saint Paul (LMT), Nationally Certified (MBLEx), as well as a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals organization (ABMP).

I conceived BODHI Massage Therapy in 2003, while working in my corporate cubicle, as a way to combine my spiritual practice with a full body, mind, and spirit wellness center for individuals searching for ways to maintain mental & spiritual clarity. The word BODHI (pronounced just like «body») is derived from the Buddhist word for enlightenment, and serves to be an indication of what I hope you will receive through the services I offer.
