I was a customer at Autumn Rays for 2 years. however now that I have moved I haven’t gone back. After my experience at another tanning salon closer to my new home, I really miss this place.
The service really depends who is running the front desk. They had so many new faces, and a couple who were not so great. But for the most part I really like the salon. It’s clean, and lots of bright lighting. Actual rooms with locks.
LOVE:
*Provide free eye protection
*Provide mirror, tissues, wipes, and stickers in each room
*Great lighting in rooms and in general store.
*Nice batheroom.
*Parking lot is wonderful, never too busy.
*Free water in waiting room
*Great prices— Especially Saturday Specials. Half off early birds.
Cons:
* I went there once and brought in a friend, and the receptionist was not the smartest or nicest. She gave my friend the sheet to fill out information, but did not hand her a pen. I was disappointed in the experience my friend had, she never returned.
** BUT every time I’ve gone after that (the girl no longer there) I’ve really enjoyed it.
