Nicole C.
Business Owner
Nicole has been practicing yoga since 2007 and received her 200 RYT through YogaWorks located in LA, California. She began teaching in 2012 and recently opened the doors to Live True Yoga in St. Michael in January of 2015. Her yoga style aims to bring a sense of balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to the students. She believes this can be accomplished by showing up and doing the work.
