We had Waste Management for 5 years, and I have been counting the days until I could cancel our trash pickup with them. They tie you into a contract which you can not break without hefty charges. However, even though you can’t get out of the contract they make sure to word it so that they can continually raise their rates each month. Our bill started out being only $ 36 for weekly service, by the end we had were paying $ 72 and were only getting bi-​monthly service. They are very deceitful and the customer service reps are so rude.
