Below average gym facilities, decent spa.
They refused to cancel my membership even though I had back-to-back surgeries, with recovery time taking well over a year.
Instead they want a new doctor’s note every 6 months and they increased my monthly bill rate during that time.

T&C Wellbridge is an older crowd, but it’s a nicer facility. With less foot traffic, there’s no waiting for a treadmill during peak periods. If you like taking fitness classes, the ones at this location on generally smaller and less frequent. That makes for more individual attention, but less energy at times. It’s all up to preference at this point!

Great variety of equipment and staffed with helpful trainers. Clean locker rooms and basic toiletries are provided. Been going there for nearly 10 years and don’t think there is a better place.

This gym is nearly perfect, top quality equipment; including a room of mini trampolines (most underrated detox tool). If I lived here full time I’d be in everyday!

Fantastic services offered here.
The spa is exceptional and is the perfect place to relax.
I attend Pilates and yoga classes and think the instructors are A+ level. The personal trainers are great, Steve is talented as hell!
Never too busy and love the amenities.

While visiting the area, I ended up here with a member on a guest pass. The front desk is really nice and super helpful. The place was clean and nearly empty! I liked the nice touch of a towel at each machine (I forget to grab a towel all the time). The was lots of variety of machines and the locker room was super nice!
I will say the guest pass was a little pricey for just a workout. But, if I was getting ready there and taking a class or something, I could see the value.

Went today for a much MUCH much needed massage and got the person I previously mentioned (and now her name as well) KC. The massage was so soothing and then sitting in the peaceful area afterwords with a hot pack around my neck, a blankey, and some warm soothing herbal tea… I fell asleep!
Yeah, baby, yeah!
