Although the branch offers the standard variety of consumer banking services, I’ve only ever used the location for its tellers (verifying bills, withdrawals, Cashier’s Checks, etc). There are usually two windows open during the day and rarely much of a line to wait behind.
In the past, one or two personal bankers have also been available to answer questions about the bank’s loan offerings and other services, but it may be best to call ahead to ensure that there will be someone available to work with you during your visit.
The fact that the foot traffic here tends to be light and the services are rendered in a pleasantly professional manner is a big plus for me. The sales pressure is generally low and painless.
The biggest downsides for the South Broadway branch, as compared with the next closest location in Brentwood? There’s neither a drive-​thru or much parking available. Unless you’re walking over, expect to spend more time looking for a spot than you’ll spend cashing a cheque inside of the bank itself.
