Tui Na Exercises

This is the Chinese seated upper-​body massage business located upstairs in the Galleria near American Eagle. I’ve been coming here for a few years and am never disappointed. I can get a very satisfying dose of tension relief here for about $ 22 (20 minutes), and they give you a free bottle of water afterward!
It is a bit weird to get a massage with a bunch of random strangers walking by, but it’s fairly quiet, and your head is down the whole time so you’re unaware of the outside world during this time. The English proficiency of the staff is low, so don’t expect to have much conversation with them. Just let them do their thing and enjoy… They are pretty intuitive and will know where you need the most work without you having to tell them. If you’re a wuss when it comes to massages, you might want to go somewhere else. They actually use pressure here!
