Brice the owner has horrible customer service. We’ve experience long delays in work, many things he promised to address and did not, several missed appointments where myself or my husband had to arrange our work schedule to be present at the job site and Brice was a no call, no show and didn’t even respond to phone calls. The worst of all is that he has yelled at us several times when we get in touch to find out why no one was there at the scheduled time. I can’t believe he is still in business with the way he has treated us from the beginning. My last conversation with him consisted of him yelling at me and telling me he didn’t have time to respond to my request for an appointment confirmation and that he quit — all that is needed is his final plumbing inspection which should have been scheduled 2 weeks ago and now we don’t even know if he is going to be out to finish the job or if we are going to have to reach out to the inspector personally. Brice lives in our neighborhood and I really wanted to work with small local businesses on our project, but this has been a terrible experience. If you work with him, get everything in writing and don’t expect the job to get done on time. Ours was delayed nearly 6 weeks.

Brice is great to work with. He brings the right attitude to our jobs and keeps them in budget. We need more Tiberghien’s in the construction industry.

The owner Brice came out and installed my new water service. He was very fast and professional. Would highly recommend them and use them the next time I have any plumbing work.
