You make it so easy! I was impressed upon our return that the driver (Robin) offered an ice scraper so that we could remove the snow and ice off our car. She even offered to help. That is well above and beyond any expectations I had

The drivers are extra nice and easy to find. Unfortunately the people at the checkout booth are extremely rude not to mention I could not even understand her. I had to ask the same questions repeatedly until another person working had to answer for her. This was my second time using the parking spot. Same situation both times…

Just moved to St. Louis and have been using The Parking Spot every other location I lived and this location is just as great as all the others. The Parking Spot 3 was very easy to find not being familiar with the area. There’s always been spots available any time or day of the week. I’ve been using the uncovered parking but it’s good to know when winter comes there is a covered parking option. The ride to the airport is very quick. The attendants are always helpful. I really like how you earn points that can go towards free days of parking.

The Parking Spot 3 is terrible. The driver was rude to the passenger when he reminded him of the spot. he said «I heard you».
Then the exit was blocked but traffic and it took 30 minutes to leave the lot. They offered no help to get people out easier

The Parking Spot 3 is my go to place for airport parking. I’ve never had any issues with waiting for a shuttle to pick me up either from the lot or the airport. The staff all seem to be friendly. I think the overall experience has improved since new owners took over from Fast Track. They now offer a free bottle of water at check out which is nice after a long flight.

This place does not honor their coupons on their website unless they are printed out (i.e. you can’t show them your coupon on your phone). It’s also kind of a gambit as to whether you’re going to get a bunch of rude people at the checkout. Instead of handing out free water bottles at the exit they should focus on honoring their coupons and hiring a friendlier staff.

Parking Spot 3 is the latest owner and name of the place that used to be Fast Track. I have been happy with the service in both directions from Parking spot 3 after having some bad experiences at the original Parking Spot, that led me to move over to the predecessor of Fast Track. I think there has been an effort to improve the frequency of van circuits, I have not had to wait much at all on recent visits, since the name change.
