If I could give it less than one star I would! The service was TERRIBLE!!! We came with a large group of 30 people for my 40th birthday! We were not told when reservations were made that there was a cover! Ticket times for food were at least 45 minutes and everything was bad! 45 minutes for a pretzel that came out frozen! ABSOLUTELYRIDICULOUS! Then multiple people were charged for the same ticket! I would not only not recommend this place I would tell people to avoid it like the plague!

Fun times with great entertainment! Went there for a Bachelorette party and had an absolute blast. Emailing them to resserve a table was prompt and very helpful, especially when I had to change the number of people there were zero issues. Made the planning so much easier. Our table was ready and in a perfect spot where we could get up and dance with plenty of room. The server had 2 other large tables so at first it seemed she was a little swamped and took extra time to get our drinks but she made up for that and then some. Great service and very friendly. The piano men were fantastic! Funny and truly talented. Overall great place to go and we will definitely be back!

I was not going to post this but it has been a month and it is still bugging me. We went here for the 2016 New Years Eve celebration. I paid about $ 280 including tax for me and my girl friend. It was described as an open bar and a GOURMET buffet. Well the buffet consisted of toasted ravioli, some tortellini, rolls, salad, and some chicken with some kind of sauce on it. Not really my idea of gourmet. More like the lunch buffet at an average Italian restaurant. Not that the food was bad by any means but when they said gourmet I expected much more. At least someone in a white coat and hat at the end carving some roast beef or turkey. Then there was the OPEN bar. It was true that all of the drinks we ordered were free however when we wanted a couple of shots our waitress kindly informed us that shots were NOTINCLUDED in the open bar. I’m sorry but for $ 280 I would think you could at least be truthful in your advertising. We also had to wait quite a while for each round of drinks. With that being said, the waitress was very nice and apologized several times for the delay and we did enjoy the entertainment very much. All in all, I would probably give them another chance however not for the NYE deal. At least now I know what to expect.

Had an absolute blast! Loved singing and dancing along to the live piano battles. The pianists were phenomenal and very receptive to our requests. Can’t wait to visit again!

Worst piano bar experience ever, and I’ve been here once before! Came with a Bachelorette group. After being there an hour, requested 2 songs, each with $ 5 with it. Piano player immediately announced they wouldn’t play one of my songs for less than $ 20. Over 2 hours later(after midnight) as I was getting ready to leave, they finally played one of my songs(Brown Eyed Girl). As I was leaving, they finally played the one they said they needed $ 20 to play(Don’t Stop Believing)…after half of the bar was gone. Oh and to top it off, our server didn’t bring me a drink that I asked for TWICE. It would take an awful lot to get me back to this awful place!

First time at a dueling pianos bar. If you are going on a Friday or Saturday, it may be best to make reservations. My fiancé and I decided to go last minute so we had to call for reservations. We were told that there was a waiting list but luckily since it was only two of us, the manager was able to squeeze us in. I guess large groups go to this bar on the regular. When we arrived, no one really greeted us, we had to ask a Security guy to check our reservation. Then we were told there is a $ 5 cover charge… didn’t really appreciate that but what the heck, it’s only $ 5. We were seated close to the stage. There are about five tables right at the stage, which I assume are usually occupied by those celebrating a birthday, anniversary, bachelorette, etc. Some tables are set up around the outskirts of the stage(where we sat) and then there is a section slightly raised, where most people sit. There are also stools around the bar. This place is EXTREMELY loud. All night, all I said to my fiancé was«HUH?». If you go on a Friday or Saturday, it will more than likely be someone’s birthday. If this is the case, don’t expect any of your song requests to be played. The pianists are very accommodating to the guests of honor and this person usually runs up on stage every 5 minutes to request a new song. You can write your requests on slips on paper that are provided at your table and take it up to the pianists. There is also a tip jar conveniently placed next to the tambourine where you drop your requests. So if they do play a song that isn’t requested by the bday girl, it’s the one that also tipped the players. Anyway, the songs they played weren’t my fave. Several throwback pop songs and 80s oldies. Once they started playing the hokie pokie my fiancé and I exited stage left immediately. I personally would never go back to this place but I can see how it may be fun for 21 year old who wants to have fun and dance ridiculously on the stage.

The venue was nice, piano players were talented and funny, drink prices were average, the bouncers had to throw a couple people out, overall I would probably return with a larger group.

It really does cater to most all ages. thenight we were there a 60yr was celebrating her bday!!! dueling pianos ROCK!!! just amazing. THE music selection is just simply awesome! We laughed so much!!! The new place? Wesport. I like it!!! You feel safer. ONLYCON is learning where to park to be close to the bar. It is on the 2nd floor. We parked in the garage. I like how spacious it i s and youre knocked into someone’s chair when you want to move. ROOMIER at Wesport.

Great concept, but the sound was way too loud. I tried ordering a drink at the bar, and the bartender and I had to write my drink order down because we couldn’t hear each other. Massive ringing in my ears even into the next day. If they cut the volume by over half it would have been a much better experience. Also if they took out smoking on the balcony so everyone could enjoy the balcony that would have made it better and allowed us to escape the loudness inside… somewhat. I don’t like giving reviews this negative, but it was really a bad experience. I will not be going back of I can help it.

First time at the new location: terrible. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate my birthday. Well, so was every other person there. I had been to the prior location closer to downtown twice last year, and both of those times there had been several birthday celebrations as well. Way to make my special day marginalized by everyone else’s special day. On top of that, there were also two bachelorette parties going on-one of which gathered around blocking ¾ of the stage from my view. So, I spent the evening staring at the backside of a bunch of drunk women making cacophonous noises that drowned out the music. Furthermore, the two big screen tvs on each side of the stage were turned on to the hockey game, which really detracted from the show. Is this a sports bar or classy piano joint? Make up your mind. Location: great. Interior: fantastic. Waitress: friendly and helpful. Food: delicious. Experience: awful. Will not be returning to celebrate anything for anyone, since that’s all everyone goes there to do.

Well, I am not a piano bar snob so I do not need to write that this piano bar is not as good as others.(I have only been to a couple.) So I will rate it on its individual merits. Pros: 1. Staff was very helpful and friendly. 2. Music was great. Performers really performed. 3. Great atmosphere. Cons: NONE!

This place was not good, the music was horrible. The service sucked. The food was cold. I do not look for this place to be open long. I would not recommend wasting your time. It was a small crowd.

Paid $ 30 for them to play 2 of the songs I requested. Ordered a cocktail only for it to be WATERED down. Waitress was nice, fun, helpful, and apologetic. Her kindness didn’t get my money back, which I would like. Ugh. If you’re older than just turned 21, MOVEON.
