I love my dive bars but throw in a splash of Halloween/Horror kitsch and you’ve made me a fan! Great outdoor patio space; South City corner bar at its best. Cassy will make sure you’re happy!!!

Great little bar with cheap and strong drinks. I loooove the creepy/Halloween-y themed décor. The owners are friendly and they love dogs– so the bar allows the patrons to bring their dogs up there. There is a big fenced-in patio, a fire pit, and a covered area for anyone(smokers, since it’s non-smoking inside) to sit under. It’s a cash only establishment, but they have an ATM available. They offer free pool on Monday and Tuesday. Daily they offer a Busch beer bucket special(opening time is 11:00, the bucket is $ 5; at noon it’s $ 6, and goes up a dollar each hour. The bucket is $ 11 after 7pm for 6 cans). Thursday is karaōke — and they have a cute stage on which to perform your fave song. Ladies night is on Wednesday which means $ 1 domestic beers. On Saturday they have live bands somewhat regularly(not EVERY Saturday). There are some fun regulars that come in quite often, so it’s typically a cool and chill crowd. They just started a zodiac party once a month(mid month on a Sunday) for the current sign of the month which means if it’s your sign, you get a glass/goblet/challis that says The Haunt, and has the zodiac symbol on it – plus discounted drinks and shots. They have frozen pizza and a pizza oven to bake them. However, the pizza is made locally and brought in once a week by the chef, and there quite a few varieties available.(Gallagher’s pizza– it’s way better than T.J.‘s pizza!) Also they offer for purchase: bags of chips, locally made beef jerky, and locally made chocolate chip cookies. They have free peanuts too. I would definitely recommend this bar for you, it’s fun and laid back.
