The apartments are ok at best. They recently renovated the Laundry area which was nice but my motorcycle was stolen from the parking lot June of 14 and I stayed because I liked it. It’s quiet here and no one bugs you, and neighbors aren’t loud. However I will be leaving after my lease is up due to the fact the for two straight renewals of my year lead they are raising my rent. I have never been anywhere that does not use Incentives to keep their loyal apartment holders. Started out as 500 then 540 and now they want 580. What about next year? 620? Anywhere else they either drop your rent to make you stay or at least keep it the same. I’m sad to leave but they are not willing to work with mr or see where I am coming from. It’s good for the price but the customer retention opportunities are lacking.
