I just started back eating taboo bell about a month ago. I just don’t understand WHYYYY they can’t seem to ever get my order right, one SIMPLE request… NOBEANS!!! What do they do of course PUTBEANSONTHEREEVERYFREAKINGFRACKINTIME!!! The customer service sucks, there’s maybe 4 employees there that ACTUALLY do their job, the other ones have bad attitudes. I won’t be back to this one

Hooray they tore down that old, crappy taco bell and built a new, nice one! It’s taco bell, people. It’s delicious. What do you expect me to review? Get the cheesy gordita crunch. This Grand location has definitely turned 360 in the last year or two. I’m glad taco bell is making an effort to update several of their outdated locations.

Food was hot and was actually made correctly(which seems to be hard for many) but I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and I didn’t receive a spork so I had to run inside and get one and almost tripped over a bottle of alcohol. Also, the girl in the drive thru did not seem happy at all… But then again, who could blame her…

My expectations aren’t overly high, given it’s taco bell and a late night guilty pleasure when not a lot else is open. However, my pet peeve is when a place with posted hours closes early, tells you they’re closed. When I said, I thought you closed at 3, they said, we’re closed for cleaning. I’d like to leave my work early too, but I’m a professional & stay until the end and don’t lie to customers and make up excuses because I want to go home. I tried to give them a chance to serve me by reminding them they are still open by their hours, but were more interested in going home. Overall, it’s Taco bell… been here several times for a late night food fix when my options are scarce. It fills you up, and is GENERALLY fast, good service. an update: my most recent visit had prompt, courteous service and hot food. raising my review

It’s really bad when you write a Taco Hell review. What’s even worse is when your boyfriend craves this every other week and you know the staff and manager on a first name basis. OK, so it really isn’t bad after all. In fact, it’s a good thing. The staff are nice, the place is relatively clean, and overall it’s Taco Hell, the food is Americanized Mexican but it’s good minus the bloated feeling you get 30 minutes later. Jason has a thing about coming here. We come here probably at the worst times too. The latest visit was before our weekly trip to Schnuck’s. We came here to eat so we wouldn’t get too much at the grocery store. Word of advice: Don’t shop on an empty stomach. This lesson has been learned way too many times on my part. The End.

Much like an Obama memoir, this review is an amalgamation of my experiences with fast food restaurants. Here are my thoughts: –If you’re gonna make your employees greet every drive-thru customer by saying, «How are you?», can you please also teach them how to respond when a customer says, «Fine, how are you?» –If you’re gonna ask a drive-thru customer while they are ordering if they want sauce or condiments, don’t ask them again when they come pick up their food. –To customers: It’s f-ing fast food. Seriously. I’m not saying I’ve never gotten frustrated with an incorrect order, but seriously, it’s fast food. Lower your expectations. PLEASE. –Speaking of which… 99% of mistakes made in orders could be corrected by an employee taking literally 7 seconds to read back someone’s order to them. If you have time to stand on bins of lettuce, you have time to repeat an order. –For law enforcement: You could meet your monthly DUI quota in one night if you set up a DUI checkpoint at the drive-thru of a Taco Bell at one AM. –I know your shake machine isn’t down.

This place sucks! They throw the food together with an attitude and the food is horrible! If your looking to eat some garbage for lunch or dinner stop on in. I won’t be back! There’s to much good food on Grand to waste my time and money here!

It hits the spot… I love making a stop here on the way home after a long night. EVERYTHING there is soooo yummy. It’s like they know that any customers after 12AM are expecting greatness. I always ask them to subsitute chicken for the hamburger(or whatever the hell it is). OOOH and I looove the crunchuweezies! YUM! I will say that I would never go here a.)before 1am, b.)more than once every two months, and c.) If I have to be proactive the next day. :)

I’m generally not a fan of Taco Bell, and I generally avoid wasting time writing reviews of chain restaurants that everyone knows all about anyway, and I don’t normally like to promote these chain restaurants in the face of a plethora of local places. However, this particular Taco Bell saved my life last night. Late-night Jack in the Box(especially the two right around this Taco Bell) tends to take at least 15 minutes from pull-in to pull-out. Who knew there were more options! This Taco Bell receives three stars from me, all because this Taco Bell now stays open until 4am on weekends. I’m always glad to have more options for designated-drive-through drunk food.
