Established in 2014.

Justin Pevnick formed Strategic Conservation Consulting, LLC after spending several years helping clients successfully complete land transactions and real estate development projects.

Strategic Conservation Consulting, LLC specializes in:

(1) Helping individuals and organizations conserve land

and

(2) Anticipating, preventing, and resolving disputes.

Strategic Conservation Consulting, LLC eliminates the distinction between land development and land conservation.

Business Owner

Justin Pevnick’s background provides the simultaneous impartiality and objectivity that sets SCC apart from its competitors. Before founding a land use consulting business, Mr. Pevnick worked as both a real estate investment advisor and as a conservationist, supporting local organizations such as the Missouri Coalition for the Environment and Ozark Regional Land Trust, as well as with nationally-​recognized developors. He is also an attorney who has actively participated in local government and has been involved in litigation against local governments. Pevnick is licensed to practice law only in New York State and neither he nor SCC provides legal advice.
