STAY AWAY from this company!
Same issues as the others. I spent nearly $ 100 for a van detailing Groupon 5 weeks ago and can’t in touch with anyone to schedule an appointment. I left voice messages and never get a return call. Seems like they used Groupon to bilk folks out of their money with no intention of providing the services people paid for.

Same issues! Cannot talk with anyone and just get shuttled to a voicemail. they won’t let you speak with anyone of importance. Have a Groupon for a month and can’t get it schedule. Stay away!

STL Mobile Detailing may be one of the worst organizations I have dealt with. I purchased 2 coupons on Groupon for mobile car detailing. In the past week + I have called STL Mobile Detailing more than 20 times to schedule an appointment. I have left several voicemails with my contact details. I have not received any call back from STL Mobile Detailing to date and the individuals that answer the initial call are merely a call center that transfers the call. I have asked to speak to the management to help remedy the issues but I just get diverted into another voicemail box.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! Please do not waste your time as you will only have headaches trying to schedule the appointment.
