I work at a local business that is not far from this Starbucks location. I often come to the Starbucks to buy a large number of gift cards for our client base. Typically I will drive through the drive-through tell them that I need upwards of 20 gift cards, pull forward, and pay in a matter of five minutes. I have done this probably 10 times over the past few months and there has never been an issue. I really think that on most days this Starbucks deserves four out of five stars. They are typically very fast and accommodating. However I just visited this Starbucks hoping to go through my typical routine of ordering gift cards. I was confronted with a flustered employee who told me to just pull forward and she would deal with me at the window. Not a problem. However when I got there, it was as though she had completely forgotten. She tried to hand me the coffee for the car behind me. No biggie, I just reminded her that I was the one who wanted the gift cards. She said it was going to take a minute because she had to go get a few packets of gift cards from the other side of the store. Not a big deal, I can wait. It took her maybe 30 seconds to grab the cards before she proceeded to count them out in front of me to ensure it was the number I had asked for. I hand her my card through the window, and mind you this is a company card so it says the name of the company on it. She looks at the card, looks at the line of cars behind me, looks back at me and says She needs identification. I explained to her that I could give her my ID but that it wouldn’t match the name on the card because the name on the card was the business I work for. She rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to run the card. I signed off on the receipt and was about to pull away when she said, «Next time you come to do this, come inside. It’s very inconvenient for me to have to do this through the drive-through.» and gestured to the line of cars behind me. I explained to her that I had done this several times before to which she retorted, «Not through the drive-through.» I drove off. Now, normally this Starbucks is actually a really nice establishment. That being said you should not argue with your customer when you have a growing line of cars in the drive-through. Don’t treat your clients like an inconvenience when the only thing making the line grow longer is your stalling. And don’t give your customers attitude when they’re coming to you for continued business. I mean, we’re referring our clients to YOU and you’re going to give attitude like that? Whatever. 2 stars for the lady working the drive-through today. Your costumer service needs some work!

Seriously rude lady working the window! You are supposed to be helpful not condescending. You seriously need some lessons in customer service. I wish they put names on receipts of who waited on us so everyone knew who the bad service came from.

I come here almost everyday and they look at me at the register like they have never seen me before and ask what I want. So I order and every so often they get it wrong, not so often to make me upset but confusing since I come in a lot and order the same thing. Anyways, today I told myself if they get my order wrong, I’m writing a bad review on Unilocal. So here we are! I’m never going to this Starbucks ever again because I feel uncomfortable trying to order my drink knowing they will never remember me and will probably mess it up. Thanks!

Although this location is slightly out of the way, this has become one of my favorite Starbucks spots(second only to the one on Maryland plaza). Ashley is such a gem and a breath of optimistic air when I visit the drive thru.

In the recent months, service here has become exponentially better. Not sure what changes they’ve made, but it’s working.

The spinach feta wrap is always delicious. I can’t say I’m super excited about the flat white however. It was, well, flat. Tasted like hot milk with a wee bit of coffee. Maybe that is what is is supposed to be, but I need more coffee impact! I say meh.

Worse Starbucks in the St. Louis metro area. How can I wait in line for ten minutes and my drink still isn’t ready?

Every morning I get a Venti Vanilla Latte and one out of three times it doesn’t have any Vanilla in it. When they make it right I enjoy it and have a pleasant experience at this location. But I’m done getting up early to spend $ 4.95 on an undrinkable beverage before work.

My usual location as of recently! Most of their employees are the epitome of Starbucks excellent customer service-specifically Derek & the new manager(whose name I don’t know, I apologize)! I rate this 4 stars even though it’s overpriced corporate bullshit. You should know that ahead of time going into a Starbucks. On a Starbucks standard, this group is the best of the best.

This is my «neighborhood» Starbucks as its the closest to my house. As i’m not a huge fan of Starbucks in general, i do seek them out sometimes because of the convenience. This location has a drive thru which can be nice. avoid this place on saturday morning. SOBUSY!

Not your average Starbucks. The baristas at this location are so great, I had to write a review! I come here on occasion, usually on weekends, to «study»(which ends with me getting distracted and surfing their free WiFi) or to get a personal time out from life. My only gripe is that this is one of the smaller Starbucks out there(not their fault), so there’s not a lot of space(think two small tables and two bigger ones, with a couple of lounge/easy chairs here and there). As you can imagine, the place fills up quickly and gets pretty loud. But the super friendly baristas at this location make up for it. They’re so nice here! It really makes me feel like I’m going to a neighborhood joint instead of, you know, a Starbucks.

This Starbucks is decent; clean and comfortable inside. There’s not lots of seating or table space available, so studying here is a hit or miss. The drive-thru is often jammed, and service moves way too slowly. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time if you plan to swing through before work or class. Consider yourself lucky if you arrive and the drive-thru is clear! Service is always friendly and cheerful, no complaints about the baristas. Also, on the major plus side, they’re mostly dog-friendly. They usually have a water bowl on the outside patio.

Would give it 5 stars if it weren’t so daggone cold! I love how the barista asks customers to let him know if their drink isn’t perfect! All SBux should adopt this practice.

I absolutely love this starbucks. Of the dozens + locations I have been, this one is tops by far. The staff alone is worth coming– every single person is exceptionally friendly, and has called me by my name since my first visit. I actually enjoy coming here just to say hi to everyone! They are like having a good bartender– they know what is going on in my life, and ask me how I am doing. Of course, the drinks are perfect. They make them perfectly– and if for some reason they don’t make it EXACT, they practically beg you to let them remake it. I really admire how important it is to them that you have your drink exactly the way you want it. The store is cozy, and always very clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are always spotless, and the patio seating is really nice too. Overall, if it is a one time visit, or your regular stop, this location is worth it. I love having them in my neighborhood setting the bar for quality and service.

I love coffee and I love my neighborhood Starbucks. Here are a few reasons why: Sarah, Jennifer, Robin, Mitch, Senija, and Brooke. I know when I walk in they are happy to see me. They are all«happy» people. They lift me up everyday. I appreciate that! They also know just how I want my coffee. I always have to have more ice before I leave. I save up my pennies to put on that Gold Card so I can not only enjoy good coffee but great people.

My first experience there was great and each time thereafter has been good. I had one flub up but by far this is the most consistent at doing things right. Pleasant attitudes. They now serve breakfast sandwiches and they have a drive thru! I now like 17 miles away from this location, but I will still drive the distance when my time allows. Keep up the good work guys/gals! :-)
