I have been in the wireless industry for 12 years and counting. I started back in 2003 refurbishing/​assembling devices for a company in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and joined on with Sprint back in December 2010. I’ve been managing the Town and Country since March of 2013. Starting out in the tech seat and gradually moving my into management helped me to learn the many facets of the company and carve out a clear goal. Customer satisfaction.
