I was traveling through st Louis for work and needed a reliable method of transportation from my hotel back to the train station. After looking through reviews of other taxi companies in the area I was very concerned about dependability of the taxi showing up. I called Sam’s Cab around midnight and spoke with the owner himself. He was very kind and professional, booked the taxi and in the morning he texted when he was on his way, when he arrived, and he even texted afterward to thank me for my business and wish safe travels back.
In addition to his stellar customer service the ride was comfortable, safe, and Sam himself was the driver and he was very courteous and friendly. Sam’s Cab will always be my go-​to when I’m in the area. Reliable, friendly, and professional.
