History

Established in 2000.

Mr. Rubin was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of a very large insurance company. He was unsatisfied working for European shareholders. He wanted something more. Now, Mr. Rubin is very satisfied helping regular folks with their needs. Many of his clients are truly grateful for his assistance, and that is exactly what he was looking for.

Mr. Rubin was born in St. Louis and attended University City High School. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University and attended law school at the University of San Francisco. He is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, and California.
