This is the only jewelry store I trust. They have been able to repair all my jewelry for a low price and usually within a week! There watch batteries are only $ 6.00 too which is a great price. Super friendly staff as well. They have a great selection of jewelry at low prices and will even custom things for you too. I highly recommend them.

What a nice place. Took wife’s bracelet in because clasp was extremely loose. Figured clasp would need replaced.
When arrived it was close to closing about 5:20 and there were people ahead of me. I sat down and waited and within 5 mins I was assisted. Showed bracelet and I figured the clasp would need replacing. She said let me see if I can tighten it. Less than 10 mins later she comes out try this she says.
It was tight like it should be. I said man thanks and reached for my wallet. Don’t worry I was told. I merely tightened it, and walked to assist someone else. I thanked again. What a nice place.

I obtained my watch batteries here for years but now I no longer do so because the last 2 batteries I bought here did not even last 3 months. They also incidentally no longer issue the one year warranty they used to with their batteries. That tells me they are using inferior products now. Such a shame.
