Established in 2010.

We opened our staffing and recruiting office 5 years ago in Creve Coeur, and have recently moved to a brand new office in South City near The Grove. We service clients from the office to executive suite, and from the production floor to the shipping dock. Our motto: Life is Short. Work somewhere awesome!

Erica, owner of the PrideStaff St. Louis Office, opened a door for me back in January of 2015 that literally changed my life. Erica’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to her team, clients and candidates makes this not a job for her but a passion!
After a long break from a «real job», Erica took a chance on me and hired me on as her Head of Business Development and Talent Manager for the office. I loved working with Erica and the team, who have become my extended family! In August, my situation in St. Louis changed and I needed to move and leave my job. I was overwhelmed with all that was going on and leaving me career with Erica. Although she and the team were just as upset as I was, Erica went above and beyond to help me find an amazing job more than 3000 miles away from St. Louis. I am forever grateful!
