I’m not one to visit adult stores, and I haven’t since high school when we just wanted porn. I walked in looking for a «clit stimulator,» that was was recommended by a friend. I ended up being directed by the managerj/​owner herself, come to find out that it was the «extender» section. She points me to the «best» one, so I trust her and end up paying $ 47 for the best one. I went back to work and ended up texting a friend and discovering I didn’t have the proper thing I was looking for. Less than an hour later I go back and ask to exchange it, the box clearly is taped shut and not damaged but wouldn’t take it back. The manager says, «oh you want this one,» and so I had to spend $ 15 more.
The reason I’m writing this horrible review of THIS STORE, is I distinctly remember asking for «clit stimulators,» not an extender. This «amazing, best, extender» is a piece of shit and didn’t even last past the first time with my girlfriend. We have amazing sex without toys, so the piece of shit gets put in a drawer until two months later.
I called and asked for the owners email address and the manager asked what the problem was. I asked for the owner’s email, which she wouldn’t give me. She later said this is her store and there is nothing we can do about this and hung up on me. So if you want poor customer service and to be lied to so that you buy something you don’t want and more expensive! THEN THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO BE SCREWED MY MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT WILL SCREW YOU IN THE STORE, BEFORE YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER CAN!!!

Just okay. Extremely overbearing manager who doesn’t allow customers to peruse the store without getting involved. Prices and selection are just average, and the invasive staff made things worse. I believe there’s a fine line between «can I help you find anything? …if you have questions or need help, just let me know!» and walking up to me the moment I walk in to see my ID, and following me around and refusing to leave me the fuck alone the ENTIRE time I’m in the store. Not cool. The Patricia’s in south city doesn’t do this; go there instead!
