Office Depot 2529

This is the worst Office Depot I have ever been to. The lady behind the copy and print department Riley is the worst. She takes forever to even acknowledge you, she cares more about the people that call then the people in the store. Ive been at this store for 30 min to get 2 pieces of paper printed and laminated and there is no one else waiting. The store on big bend will now be my go to I will drive 10 min out of the way to get things done!

Large and in charge! This location is located in the plaza next to Q’doba at Sarah & Lindell. It’s very open and fully stocked with all your office needs.
Customer service is always on point.
They have a beautiful array of my favorite obsession… STICKY NOTES!

Customer service was good. It’s in a good location and close to where I live. Their prices are little high for me, but overall a good place.

They have a wide range of products, it’s the checkout that is horrible. My credit card did not process correctly and although I had used it w/​o incident at another business 20min prior, the clerk thought my card was the problem. She asked her manager to come help, that person replied that it was my card and there was nothing she could do. She didn’t even bother to come to the front counter to try to trouble-​shoot. I went to another store and got what I needed, used the same credit card and had no difficulty.
Very poor customer service on the manager’s part!

This place is awful! The people that work here are extremely unprofessional. They were yelling at each other across the store. If I didn’t need to get my stuff printed, I would’ve definitely left right away. I will never come back and I would suggest anyone reading this to never come here. Hopefully they get new management.

I used to live nearby and frequented this Office Depot location. It is VERY hit or miss but typically a miss in a big way.
The staff is usually unfriendly and unhelpful. I have stood at the print and copy center for over five minutes before anyone greeted me or acknowledged me in any way (yes, I set a timer. It was that bad). I have also gone through entire transactions without the sales associate saying a single word besides «swipe your card now» and «sign now.»
The managers are equally unhelpful and seem to have very little authority over the rest of the employees. I’ve seen several employees on their cell phones even when myself or other customers are waiting and even when a manager is present as well.
The place seems to be constantly understaffed. Also, homeless people are frequently in here using the free internet or sitting in the office furniture section in the back.
Once, I realized they forgot to charge me shipping for one of my packages. I went back because I wanted to be sure it would be shipped out. The sales associate told me it was «crazy» for me to come back and he «never would have.» Ummm… great!
I don’t plan on returning now that it’s not a close and convenient location for me.

Printing person has no knowledge of USPS regulations. Less than plesant to deal with. I will go to a different location and chain.

They have the friendliest people in the print and copy section. Usually I email them the order and pick it up later, but even waiting they are fast and friendly. Whenever I am told to go to UPS I’d much rather come to you for all my needs.
