Many problems can be quickly solved by Remote Access, making a visit to your site unnecessary. I can usually see you the same day you call. You may schedule an evening appointment, if you prefer. Calls are answered until 9:00 PM daily. In Illinois call: 618−795−0369.

Established in 2006.

In 2004 Mike started repairing computers part-​time, while working as a help desk tech at a well known tax preparation company. Two years later Mike went full-​time solving computer problems for residents and small businesses.

Mike graduated from Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) in 2002 with an Associate degree in Data Processing (and a 4.00 GPA!). Mike received the Data Processing Technology Award (2002) from SWIC, an award given to one outstanding student each year in the Data Processing program.
