Was trying to get a fast lunch on my way to a meeting. Got a food fast but not correct order. Had to go in and they said they were wondering where the filet o fish and big Mac went. I ordered the fish meal as it is lent and can’t eat meat other wise I probably would have not cared as much. They threw away the big Mac and got me the fries.

So bad so so bad. I wish everyone would boycott this place until management can train their idiot staff how to take a order say please & thank you, how to properly make a sandwich, putting the correct order in the bag, etc… I can’t believe the stupidity of the staff…

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s ever!!! Been here multiple times with a terrible experience. This morning will be the last time. I went through the drive-thru for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I thought the process was alternating drive-thru lanes, apparently not here. There were 4 cars that went through one speaker before me finally getting the opportunity to give my order. ANDTHEN when she asked me for my order the women was incredibly rude and sarcastic! That was the point where I left the drive-thru line and took my business elsewhere. Like I said I have had multiple bad experiences there. About 2 months ago, I went thru the drive-thru yet again and from the time that I put my order in to the time that I got my food it was a total of about 35 minutes. Whats worse… I was the ONLY person in the drive-thru. Again, the staff was very rude and after all the time waiting, my food was wrong and 2⁄3 sandwiches were cold. It is very frustrating. I thought McDonald’s valued customer service. Apparently not. I find it hilarious that these people want $ 15/hour.
