I spoke with Paul the owner and this store is definitely NOT closed. They are open for business and have a nice selection of beer, wine, liquor, food, convenience items, and also a Western Union station for sending money home to loved ones. They have a nice selection of affordable wine for that special occasion too.

Maplewood Liquor is a place that I stumbled into. Not literally of course, that would be dangerous. No, in fact I was out searching for some place in which I could buy a decent amount of alcohol for not an outrageous price to prepare for a get together later that weekend.
Well anyways, I walked in and I found exactly what I was looking for, a large bottle of midori. I had been looking to find a larger bottle so I would not have to go sell plasma to cover the cost and well, I found the larger bottle of midori. My goal had been achieved and the nice thing is that the cost was nice and acceptable.
