Kodner Watkins Muchnick Weigley L.C.

Unfortunately, to give a review for this place, I have to choose one star, however I would love to choose zero were it an option. We sought their representation after a recommendation from two family members who did admit that their level of professionalism & service had gone downhill after one of the partners retired (Kodner?), after we fired them as our attorneys. We wish we wouldn’t have wasted time with them. Our case was open & shut; easy money for them as the other party had admitted fault & we had done all of the legwork for them. However, whenever we had the occasional question, magically our attorney was ALWAYS out. And if that weren’t enough, they wouldn’t return the phone calls, except one time in months of service. Our first attorney was all of a sudden no longer at the firm, it wasn’t a shock to us. However, our second attorney, was worse! I got a hold of him once! I finally had to call and ask for services to be terminated three times! Finally, I spoke to I believe Kluecher, one of the managing partners starting with a K, and he said he’d «personally mail out a letter of termination of services today.» This was on February 12, 2014. We just received that letter this week dated June 20, 2014. I find it pathetic that this business doesn’t treat its clients with respect, nor do they provide the services one needs from an attorney. Don’t waste your time! Find a PRACTICING attorney, as in one that will actually work for you. It’s your tragedy, don’t complicate it with unprofessional fools. I wouldn’t send my dog here for services, and I always make sure that everyone knows not to seek the services of this firm. The best part of the place was the poor paralegal who had to constantly apologize for the lawyers’ lack of professionalism. As a highly educated woman, I have no time to suffer incompetence.

I have had the pleasure of working with multiple lawyers in this firm. My professional relationship with them is going on 10+ years. With confidence I recommend this firm to anyone. The level of knowledge, professionalism, and compassion is unmatched in St. Louis. Dr. Kyle LeBlanc
