Bob founded Kaplan Real Estate Company, Inc. in order to further his career and facilitate his desire to be one of the preeminent professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Bob has been actively engaged in all facets of commercial real estate for about 54 + years. Bob’s involvement includes developing and/​or owning a portfolio of property valued at approximately $ 100,000,000.00 with current real estate holdings in multiple states; client development and retention; providing leadership, insight and mentoring in all aspects of company operations such as development, construction, deal structuring; and overall direction for company growth to the Kaplan Real Estate Company management team. Bob is extremely entrepreneurial and in addition to commercial real estate holdings, is active in the cattle ranching industry and is an active owner of a closely held health care company that has offices in five (5) states.
