History

Established in 2009.

Just Learn was established to provide a unique approach to assisting students in getting back on track with their academics and regain their self-confidence and independence in learning.

Just Learn has a one-of – kind program for students who are unable to attend their current school for various reasons. We work with students to find solutions to their individual situations. We have had much success helping students during difficult times when traditional methods don’t seem to be working or when the student is not able to attend school during typical school hours. When parents and students don’t know where to turn for academic solutions, Just Learn is there to help. We work closely with the school personnel to find the best solution for the student to experience success with learning and build self-confidence with the least amount of additional stress.

Meet the Business Owner

Elizabeth G.

Business Owner

Elizabeth Gill has been an educator for over 25 years. Starting her career as a full-time high school math teacher, she quickly moved into other areas of education. For over 20 years, Mrs. Gill’s responsibilities have included being a registrar, student advocate, admissions director, associate principal for academics, among other roles. In these roles she has planned curriculum, ensured that all course offerings are aligned with state and national standards, and assisted families in every aspect of planning for graduation from high school.

In her task of placing students in summer schools and other alternative settings for credit recovery, she has found that there are not enough options for students to be successful and have a quality education that will support them in the next level of learning.
