I just wanted to let you all know that the driver Jim who picked up my now fiancé was fantastic. He was so friendly, followed my instructions exactly, and made my partner feel relaxed and made sure she had a good time. You all should give Jim a bonus or some sort of reward. He is a true asset to your company. Thanks again for everything Jim!

Having used this company for airport transportation a handful of times, I have nothing but good things to say. All of the cars are clean and well-​kept and the drivers professional and courteous. Even during peak times, it is painless to make a reservation, and the bonus is being able to speak to a live person. The high level of customer service will keep me coming back. Recently I received an email confirmation for an airport trip. When it came to my attention that the incorrect date was listed, I called the contact number listed. Not only did the representative swiftly make the correction, I also got a follow-​up email with the notes section documenting that the date was corrected per the customer’s (my) request. Now that is what I call service. I couldn’t be happier with having a reliable transportation source and will continue to use this company for as along as it is in business.

Great experience all around! The shuttle bus was new, clean, and comfortable. Tony was an excellent driver. Took great care in making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We used Jed Limousine Service for my son’s wedding and could not have been more pleased. Clint was wonderful to negotiate with and did everything he promised. We had a fabulous driver who handled our crowd professionally and patiently. Our Escalade Limousine was beautiful. The driver was flexible with last minute changes. Every year I rent a party bus from JED. The booking process is a breeze, they save my info from year to year — it literally takes me less than 5 minutes to accomplish. The bus drivers are always nice, laid back, and friendly. I’ve been on party buses in the past where the driver was very grouchy but if you’re driving a party bus, you can’t get mad about parties! I love that the clean-​up fee and gratuity is included with my reservation. Everyone has been on a bus situation where the drunken leader of the party is trying to collect money and a couple of sad-​saps get stuck cleaning up everyone’s beer cans. It might sound trivial but I think it’s an outstanding perk!
The only bad experience I had was at another person’s event when the big orange bus broke down out in MO wine country and we all had to walk a mile and half to get to the sweet sweet wine in our heels and wedges. However, JED sent out a replacement vehicle, got us all home, and refunded the group a fair amount for the inconvenience. I am a big believer that a good way to judge a company is how they handle their mistakes and they handled this one very well.
This is my 4^th year in a row using JED for this event and I’ll continue to use them as long as they’ll have me!

Vince, we completely understand the driver health issues and we are sorry. However, we were upset because we didn’t get a call to explain you would be late. We had to call your company and your employee told us to take our own cars. We didn’t have any vehicles there so we had to wait. They explained it would take 30 minutes, but it actually took over an hour. No communication from your office at all. You would think the dispatcher would realize the bus hasnt left the property or seen the driver. Not good operations. The air conditioner didn’t work. We had to call your office that Monday. You would have thought your team would call us to apologize for messing up our special day. When we talk to Erin, she informed us she knew about the situation. She was extremely rude and argumentative. It was a fight to get our money back, and Erin would not even listen to us. Very poor customer service. Before you replied to this review, we wish you would have talk to your team and got the real story, instead of making up excuses to try to cover up a horrible mistake. We have told all of our friends, family and coworkers about this screw up and the way we were treated by an owner. Also, the 200+ guests at our wedding all know what happened and know what company we used. Several who recently called you guys for quotes. I can assure you they won’t be calling you back. As an owner, I’m sure you are well aware of how bad or good word of mouth can help your business. We will continue to spread negative reviews about you guys to whoever we come into contact with.
If anyone out there is looking for a friendly, reliable transportation company, don’t stop at JED/​Country Club. Keep looking. It will save you a lot of stress. This company doesn’t know how to be accountable for screw ups. The 19 passenger party bus is junk. The stereo system doesn’t work properly and A/​C is broken in part of the bus.

Last year I scheduled service with JED Limousine for a «Break-​Up» party and could not have been happier. The driver was on time and courteous to everyone! The booking was very simple and easy, which I did via phone. The original limo I had reserved «X-​Factor» had an issue, but JED sent the next best limo they had, the «Ice» hummer. I was 100% satisfied with their services.
For all of my IL neighbors: This company will go out and about to CLINTON COUNTY IL BARS. Which is what we did for my little party. :)
