Hardees Restaurants

Some of the worst service that I have received in quite some time. I’m not sure where the shift leader or supervisor was this particular Friday night, but they were definitely not around supervising. I had to repeat orders over and over; the person taking the orders acted like they could careless; the person didn’t ask me what kind of drinks I wanted with the order and kept screwing up the orders. I’m pretty sure I was overcharged but at this point I was just ready to get the food and get back home to sleep. It was just a mess. The food itself was not bad but the service was as Charles Barkley would say «turrible.» I’m not going to say skip this place ALL together because this may have just been this time. But I know I will not be visiting here, at least not any time in the near future.

Usually when I get breakfast here, I’m kind of hungover. Never had any complaints. Their B&G is good too.

Went there for a late night bite and decided to try the tacos. To my surprise, there was barely any meat or toppings… it was mostly shell! Not exactly what I was expecting…

I have a fun tip for this Hardee’s. Try catering to your customers. I have spent too much of my paychecks at this place to be disrespected. Last time I checked, I didnt see a time limit on the bathroom door. My nephew martin doesn’t have traditional bathroom etiquette, but he has a routine that his doctor said very important to stick to. I’d appreciate if he was given the time and privacy he needs. Please don’t make fun of him, he is Six years old, with a medically prescribed disorder. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for what you put that poor boy through.
But three stars for the el diablo burger.

Nothing attracts me faster to a big thick burger, then the addition of Jalapeños. If you add Pepper Jack Cheese, my favorite cheese, you totally have a winner in my eyes.
Hardee’s may be a fast food joint, but it has created a winner with its’ new El Diablo Thick Burger. The couple, okay several El Diablo burgers I have had, have all been sit down restaurant quality. They not only serve it with sliced Jalapeños, but they add Cheesy Jalapeño Poppers as well. Double Jalapeños, now that is a winner. Then to really top it off, they use Pepper Jack Cheese, add bacon and a Fiery Habanero Sauce.
The customer service at this location at times is lacking and service may be slower then most fast food joints. However, I am able to overlook the poor service, when I am served a Jalapeño burger.

Hardee’s has been a morning stable of mine for a very long time. Whether it’s simply a craving or I’m running late for work, I know I can get really good, hot food with great service. I’ve never waited in a long dreaded line, and the staff has always been really nice at this particular store. Some may say, well, its a chain, so you get what you get. But for me, great customer service will always go a very long way.

AWFUL STAFF! Food was great for «fast food» but service was absolutely awful! No personality! Rude!

Delicious shakes. Need to change the prices on their drive thru menu, they don’t match the receipt.

OK so I have put this review off long enough in hopes that just once… they would get my damn order right. They have failed at least two out of the last three times. It is not that hard, folks. Turkey burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo… that’s all I am asking for. It sometimes has the cheese but most times do not… last time they forgot the cheese and mayo, and the tomato was dismal looking.
OK enough about my custom built turkey burger issues. I do not usually eat fast food simply because it is horrifically bad for you. Hardees, however, has one of the best breakfast menus when it comes to fast food ‘dining’. Hands down. It has been my fave for years — going back to when I was a poor college kid and ate fast food religiously. Yes, I just admitted to that.
At any rate — it’s their customer service that brings the rating down… substantially. Yes, they are relatively courteous, but their cognitive skills seem to be lacking. It’s a crap shoot when I order the turkey burger… which I absolutely love, by the way. I think it is fantastic that they offer a turkey burger combo because I certainly do not need those gigantic beef burgers in my belly.
Unfortunately, this is the closest location to us and usually the one we frequent… albeit it maybe once a month. Hardees peeps… if you can muster the strength to get my order right at least 75% of the time, I will upgrade my rating to three stars. Until then… no chance.
