We noticed that our A/​C was leaking quite a bit out into our hallway late at night. We called Fast Help and they were very prompt at responding to our situation. My technician completely worked around my schedule and was able to get the water handled very quickly. He answered all of my questions, knew exactly what he was talking about and how to handle my situation. He was very professional and helpful. This company really lives up to it’s name.

I had only lived at my new house for 2 weeks when I discovered a leak in the basement that had soaked my carpeting. I found Fast Help on the Internet and didn’t know what to expect. Jerry was awesome! He took my call late at night, showed up immediately the next day, worked with me for 3 days until the problem was resolved. And I asked a lot of questions but he happily took the time to answer every one. I will absolutely recommend Jerry at Fast Help to all my friends on Facebook and the standard review sites. Jerry was quick to get to our house on a Saturday night and help stop the problem from getting worse. Then, when our insurance wouldn’t cover it, he did his best to help keep the costs low while still taking care off all of the issues. It made a crappy situation a lot more bearable having someone helping us who really cared.

I had a leak coming from the kitchen down in to the basement, it’s been going on a while. I was referred to FAST HELP by a plumber, Will, from MATCO. Not only was Ronnie, (can I say my hero?) able to come out the same day… he helped solve the problem ASAP. He was interested in my needs and was able to offer a solution that not only was easy on the wallet, he was able tell me how I could handle it in the future. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!
