First time I went on a Saturday-it was very busy with 4 people ahead of me. The service was still very good and the technicians did an excellent job. I really like Marwah. I have done my own eyebrows my entire life and for the first time I have let another person do it for me. So it was a first for threading and a first time going somewhere to get them done. I went to this location from a strong recommendation from many people. I was not disappointed. I loved it. Now 4 weeks later, I went back again(TODAY) very excited to get that sharp look again. However, my experience was very poor. The technician was different lady, I believe her name was Kelly. She was not friendly at all, service was just ok. Yet, I was the only person there. I am not satisfied with my eyebrows and will mostly likely not be back unless Marwah is working. This place is a hit or miss. You may get different services each time. My eyebrows do not look good this time and are very thin. Not satisfied.

Although this location is closer to where I live, I drive an extra 15 minutes to the other location in Des Peres because I like the service there better. However, that bias was based on my visit 2 years ago and today I decided to give it another go. Maybe they were just having a bad day the first time I visited? Oh, how I was wrong! I walked in around 11am and was the only person there so I sat down. There were two threadists who were there just around the corner but it seemed like they were arguing/crying/gossiping. It was horribly uncomfortable. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I decided it would be best to leave. I’m pretty sure no good would come out of having someone who was angry thread MY eyebrows! Anyways, I was sorely disappointed. I tried giving them another chance but it’s clear that customer service is NOT their top priority at this location. Off to Des Peres I go!

I have been to both locations for this business. I have to say I personally like the look and feel of the Des Peres location better, but the«threadists» do travel and work at each location. I love getting my eyebrows threaded vs waxed. I tend to get pretty red and my skin gets irritated when I have them waxed, so I tried threading once, and I was hooked. I have been between their two locations about 15 times now and love it. The only flaw(besides the décor of the SoCo one) is that you never really know who is going to do your brow work. I tend to like the way one girl does it better than the others. But nothing is ever bad, I just likes how she leaves them a bit thicker than the others. Personal preference. The costs are very reasonable! I would say if you tend to get overly red after waxing, give this place a try!!!

I have been going to the I Browse location near the West County Mall but I recently moved by this location. The place itself definitely isn’t as nice as the West County one but both times I have been there, I have been very satisfied with the results.

Great service, knowledgeable and helpful. Best place for threading I’ve been to in STL. :)

I came here for a second time to get my brows threaded. Granted, it’s a bit painful but way less painful than waxing. The first time, it hurt like hell afterwards. But this is because my skin is very sensitive. It lasts a bit longer than waxing & you don’t get that excess wax afterwards. It is cheap(about $ 11). The lady who threaded my brows was very caring & noticed that my skin was red. They give you a frequent member card. They have another location in West County Mall. In my opinion, this is well worth my money. They don’t just thread brows, but thread other areas.
